I know this is a stupid question but I just wanna know before I drive all the way back to the dealer.. After I put it on I noticed there is a pin ***** hole on the passenger side of the muffler, where exhaust fluid is dripping, is that supposed to be there? I can't imagine how a hole could get on a brand new muffler... Thanks

 

I think my r/t has it but you should call before you go to your dealer to make sure saves you gas.

 

Somebody hit me from behind one time. As I picked the car up from the repair center, I was checking if all the damages were fixed and I noticed there was fluid leaking out of the muffler. I asked the same question. This was when I had my stock muffler, I asked why my exhasut was leaking fluid and they told me it was fine. I forgot the reason but, they said something like it keeps humidity out or something. I'm not sure exactly why but I think that's what they told me. Basically it's fine.

 

Don't worry man, all of them have it. I have a hole on each side. You only have it on one side? Although, my holes are a little larger than a pin *****. It's for the exhuast fluid like you said. Nothing to worry about.
