the mechanic friend came by on thanksgiving and was not able to find anything wrong :/ hes gunna call some friends and hope to get steered in the right direction.
now another thing i just found out via txt msg is that there is a slight possibility that this ***got *** kid that has problems with me for no reason may have got someone to put sugar in my gas tank. would this cause the car to not spark ? or just not start? and how easy is it to drain the gastank to check since i didnt really see any sugar particles around the gas fill spot

ok ok now ive heard em all. sugar in the tank is a old wives tale, do you know how many bags of sugar it would take to block the pickup?? the answer is more than the ***got *** kid has the patience to pour in. even if there was enough sugar put into your tank there would still be spark, just no fuel as the pump would be blocked by sugar sludge.

Btw if you really wanna screw with someones gas use plain water, about 1L is more than enough as gas is lighter than water the pickup will be surrounded by water and not fuel, but u never heard that from me lol

Oh I have had some kids put worse stuff in my gas tank and she ran really bad so had to put that gas cleaner in and that did the job with clean gas. So I would just get some gas cleaner and try that and maybe just wait for your friend to pin point the problem for you.

Have you tested the sensors with a multi-meter yet?

ok so im outside freezing my butt off and idk what to do. i have a multimeter, but how exactly am i supposed to test this crap? do i leave the plugs connected ? or disconnect the plug and stick the red wire into the plug ? or leave the plugs connected and stick the wire into the back of the plug where the wires are slightly exposed ? if so then its impossible to check the cam sensor w/o unplugging due to chryslers dumb idea of cramming as much BS in each spot as possible. need a quick reply here please =]

You should be able to undo the plugs? I've never done real in-depth testing, but the same amount of voltage should travel along the entire length of wire if you are simply testing for power/ground.

Yessir, that way you have the required power/voltage. I'm heading out the door in a few minutes, so if I don't reply back after this...that's why.
