Prothane Bushings...
-No, the inserts fit in the gaps of the stock bushings to firm them up. They are held in the a large washer and the mount bolt.

buy a tube of this stuff and fill the voids, will cost you like 6dollars and you can do it yourself, will work just as good as the kit and you wont be waiting on shipping and will have a few extra bucks in your pocket

I'm really considering pulling mine out. The vibration is getting a bit old. I spend so much time in this car that the inserts are annoying me more than the benefit of having them, lol. I got new mounts so the vibration went away, then I put inserts in which made it vibrate again. :\
Im afraid to do the same thing I just got new inserts and not worth the vibration again to put in after putting new mounts in. I love the quietness and I can actually hear my music again.
It's damn annoying to have my steering wheel and antenna bouncing all over. The new motor mount fixed all the other odd-ball noises and vibrations, but now I have one big vibration from the inserts.
