Snow Tires?
-Here in Ohio we get a decent amount of snow. Nothing like the Rockies or anything. Years ago my little brother moved up to Conneaut, OH. He called me after they got their first snow. He said he knew he was in for a rough winter when the snow was up over their front porch and against the front door. Good ol' lake effect snow. Luckily I'm far enough South of him that it usually misses us.

I was joking around...
If I were to get snow tires I would run with them all year seeing crystal who has the yellow sxt and pink srt4 has some firestone winterforces on hers and I think I would get me some of those also.
Put it this way , I was never a beliver in the necessity to have two sets of tires. I used to just put on new drive tires before the first forecast snow of winter. If you have never run snow tires before, you can't know the REAL difference that a dedicated snow tire makes vs an "all season". After todays 4" snow, I will never even consiter running all season radials in winter again. No one says that you have to speed, or drive stupid because you have better rubber than most, but what about the idiot in the Ford Explorer that passes you on the freeway and then slams on the brakes because they didn't see the car with no lights on in front of you. Happened today, They cut across in front of me trying to make the exit, and did not see the moron in front of me, slammed on the brakes, and spun out. It was nice that when I braked, I slowed down in a nice straight line without sliding much at all.
