I had this problem, when I hit the switch I heard the motor turning, but upon visual inspection the little nipple that leads from the motor was broken.

 

Well found out mine just has the bug wash still in it a little but the icey stuff is now coming out so mine was frozen . Just use the icey purple washer fluid and you wont have a problem with the nozzles freezing anymore.
