Mines doing the same thing my husband said its frozen or plugged so just get like a pin or needle and put it in both holes on both sides and see if that unplugs it . THats what Im going to do right now before it snows tonight .

-If they are not frozen, check if they are cracked where the lines plug into them. Mine did this a year and half ago. When I popped the hood, the lines were hanging at an odd angle. $5 at the local bone yard and I had them replaced. Don't know why, but both nozzles were cracked at the base.

As it has been said, if they are not clogged, trace the lines back starting with the nozzles. If all is well, maybe the pump or it's connections are bad.

I need to find another set from an '05. The ones I got from the bone yard shoot out two streams from each nozzle. The original ones kind of sprayed the entire windshield. Don't know what year the donor was. The front and rear clips were gone when I pulled them.

I have had a 05 acr srt4 for a little while and the same nozzles on that are the same as my 04 sxt and my 96 neon so not at all different . Mine never sprayed the whole windsheild from any of my neons.

Supposedly, if you go to the dealership, the "new" ones they will sell you will have the "fan" spray (some of the '05s had these, depending when they were built). I hate the jets that I have.

-Maybe I'll just get a set from a Stratus, Sebring, or something. They are shaped just slightly different, but I believe they are still the same size. When I plugged the replacements in, hit the switch and saw two solid streams on each side, it was like "what the heck?!" Oh well, at least they worked. I'll have to check my Neon, but I think it might have been made in March or April of '05. But don't quote me on that.
