Yeah my husband so far has made two manual shiftknobs into autos but just drilling a hole in the middle and putting a botton on the top. Right now I have a 5 speed red dice for my gearshift. So you can make any 5 speed shift **** into a auto shift **** with a little work.

 

it may not be a set screw it may just have a C clip that pushes into a slot on th front of the shifter. a small flat screwdriver prys it out


the push down and 1/4 turn is on the manual **** I have im sure autos are a little different
