I have a 2003 neon se 2.0 I swapped motors a few weeks ago and have everything hooked up the motor will turn over but no power to the coil. I have changed cam and crank sensor replace all relays and fuses checked all wires. Tried a new computer also. I am wondering if I have to have it flashed with a new motor. I'm at the end of my rope. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions to my matter.
