Headlights (not bulbs)

Just bought this vehicle, the dimmer switch wont turn on high beams, is problem most likely the switch or should I look elsewhere 03 SXT

Does the blue high beam indicator still come on in the gauage cluster? If not, it's most likely the Multi Function switch.

Rock Auto sells them for $80-$90 depending on if you have foglights or not.
