FIXED! Between the lock cylinder and the ignition switch there is a connecting rod assembly. I don’t know its real name. But this rod was broken. $5 from a junk yard and we are back in business.

Usually called an ignition switch rod.

It ended up being the assembly the ignition lock cylender sits inside.

when there is nothing to the coil pack i would try to see if the crank position sensor is bad.

tough some vehicles i think its a cam position sensor, im not sure. google it and see
