Would the coil and wires from an SRT4 work on a 2000 neon and if so would it be an upgrade to my stock pieces?

Well I think they will work in my sxt seeing Im going stage3 turbo in late spring so changing everything over to srt that mean coil and wires and plugs and more.

 

If you keep the engine as the 2.0L SOHC, they won't. They are different part numbers, both factory and aftermarket, for a reason. The coil might be the same (but no better than the one on the 2.0), but the wires are not.

showsxt would want to upgrade hers anyways with a turbo set-up. Unless you've got something like a turbo, the factory pieces will provide everything the engine needs.

If you've got money burning a hole in your pocket, go for it.
