I just read the installation procedure, and there is nothing mentioned about bleeding the lines? Basically, you install the pump, reinstall the lines, fill it up and go. I've never done that on other cars that I've replaced the pump on either. Did you use ATF+4 fluid?

That's the fluid that comes in the car from Dodge?
Read your owner's manual.

It says coordinate inspections with a dealer if something is not right under the actual power steering fluid check section, but then under "Recommended Fluids, Lubricants and Genuine Parts" on page 201 (might be different in a different year manual), it says: "Power Steering Reservoir: Mopar ATF+4 Automatic Transmission Fluid"

So is it okay to Mix the two (ATF+4 and Regular Power Steering Fluid)?

I have a power steering leak and i was going to add power steering fluid.

Give it a go? The recommended ATF+4 is like the same price as power steering fluid...why risk it? I wouldn't to save $0.28.
