Default O2 sensors

Hi...I have a 03 dodge neon sxt 2.0. I replaced both 02 sensors tonight and cleared codes that I was having but after a few mins. P0132 came up. The guy that got me the sensors didn't know which was which so I tried to match the rear up and thought I got it right. Will P0132 come up if I switched the up and downstream? I checked everywhere on the computer but can fine no problems like this! Thanks for any help you can give!!!

Since that code is for the circuit, have you gone over all of the wiring too?

I'm not talking about making sure the wires are nice and neat. I'm talking about making sure one isn't broken or grounding out somewhere, etc. That code is for the circuit, not a bad O2 sensor.
