Default 2001 dodge neon squeaking!

ohkay, so i have a 2001 neon with the 2.0 SOHC.

When at idle in park, it runs and idles fine. As soon as i turn on the headlights, or the heater, or my stereo (aftermarket with an amp/sub combo) something starts squeaking, sounds like it comes from the belt to me. And my dome light flickers a bit. My distribution block for my amps power wire has a voltage display on it and at idle it bounces between 14.1v and 14.5v and stays in this range even as i reproduce this squeak by turning something on (it does drop to about 13.4 when my sub hits but doesnt drop when i turn on the heater/ac or headlights) What could this mean.

I am trying to figure out where to start looking b4 i throw parts at it hoping to fix it.

Thanks in advance

It means the alternator belt could need to be re-tightened or replaced. Open the hood, turn on the headlights and stereo, and listen for the sound?
