The "Auto Shutdown Relay" (ASD) prevents power from going to anything when tripped. You need to take a look at that circuit.

every time I seem to play with the crank sensor the car will run, but I still have issues so I am thinking of replacing the crank sensor next as I have already done the cam sensor. I am noticing that I get a lot of oil in the connector, can't figure out why if it is sealed, I do have an oil leak somewhere on that side of the engine and I do have to get it fixed yet it seems that if I clean the connector it runs for a day or so then boom full of oil again, gotta find a way to keep oil out. I did grab a plug for a cam sensor and it fits and looks the same and has no oil in it so I may splice that one on and see if that helps.I do have wiring knowledge so it could be easy except for getting to the damn wires that are so short already and hard to get to but oh well.

Well ran great for two days, yesterday on the way home it stumbled once but stayed running, today it started and I hit the end of the driveway and it died, same two codes again. New cam and crank sensors installed. I am lost, could it possibly be the PCM?

Well purple neon guy, if your car is purple so is mine and it's doing the same thing. I have a post in here also lookin for help...I have done almost all the same things you have with no change. The only diff I can see is my car doesn't stumble or run poorly before shut down...it just flat quits running and I get no codes. I'll keep trying stuff and if I have any luck I'll let you know...you do the same will ya?

absolutely! been frustrating, thinking it may be internal on the pcm which I am hoping since it is a highline I won't need to have it programmed, I have no sentry key so it should work.

Default 2000 dodge neon jerking at highspeeds stalls error codes P1389, P1391, P0320

I have 2000 dodge neon, was running fine then during a long road trip at highway speeds it started jerking like it was out of gas. Stalled and then restarted. Ran fine for another 5-10 miles, finally would not stay started, stopped at garage had codes P1389, P1391, P0320, they said it was a bad camshaft sensor, replaced it and it ran fine for 100 miles, then started doing the same thing. I unplugged the Sensor and was able to get home. Reseated the sensor, reset codes, ran good for 5 miles, then started cutting out again, only code now is P1984 and P0320. It is very intermediate issue once it stalls it will not restart for 5 minutes, then it will start and run good for 2-3 miles and stall again.

have you tried to flip over the PDC and look for corrosion on the backside?
sometines the connectors get sooo green in there and you cannot see it from the side you plug the fuses into.

just a hunch as it happened to my purple neon (colour specific?lol)

PDC looked fine, so I went ahead and replaced the crank sensor and keeping my fingers crossed, so far it is running good. Will update in a couple days. Wish me luck.

I am still not running after what..... 2 months, pulled the computer, connectors are clean, backside of the computer is coated in that jelly looking stuff, see no visible issues, tried a computer out of 01 Neon but that didn't help, thinking I need an 00 computer to try, going to buy one next week when I get paid and see if that helps. I have checked all grounds, replace cam and crank sensor, inspected all wiring, still no run. Sucks!
