i'm atempting to install amp and subs in my 2003 neon sxt and cant find a good spot to run the amp power cable through the fire wall does anyone one know of a good place to run it or do i need to drill a hole?

Any empty grommets? What about through the one with the speedo cable?

 

Upper right corner of the firewall where the factory harness goes through.

 

what size wire are you running? I ran a 0 gauge through the steering column no problem. just pull the rubber seal back a bit and have someone inside to pull it through once you have it in far enough they can get a grip on it.

 

thanx for all the help i just saw the spot where the factory harness goes threw i thought about the steering colum boot but i didn't want to take the chance of it getting wrapped around the steering colum its a 4 gauge wire
