Actualy the sway bar links are a great suggestion , dodge vans are known for them . They can look good and be bad. Try grabbing a fender and rocking the car back n forth see if u can hear it popping or knocking

well i just got underneath the car they do appear to be worn on both sides so I'll replace them since they are relatively cheap and i'll let you know how it goes.

dude just disconnect one end and zip ties them down and out of the way and see if the noise goes away , save the money if you dont know for sure.

I FINALLY FIXED IT!!!!! Thanks Matix I did the zip tie trick and that didn't solve it so i did save myself some money on that. But I was driving down a bumpy road and kept hearing that rattle sound so I got p!ssed off and stuck my head out the window and it turns out that sound was coming from the back tire. So today I popped the back tire off and it was the brake pad was rusted out and just sitting there so I replaced the brakes on both sides and now its gone.
