Link works for me. That site calls it a radiator support tie bar. Have you tried going to a junkyard?

i just update the link again i don't know why it wasn't working. I found another link so its up again. I have gone to the junkyards and they want to sell it to me for $150 but i found some online cheaper. But my question was if the 02 radiator support tie bar fit my 04 neon se? Thanks

well its a 2nd gen neon so it should work , most of the parts swap right over. i would say (not 100% sure) that it will work. i say go for it . BTW where are you located? 120 bucks at a yard seems pretty high , i know here in ca we have pick n pull and you could get out of there for prolly 20 bucks or less for it. or just stick it in your pants and walk out LOL. anyways ............

$120? You can get a complete engine for almost that much? I doubt that part changed between 2000-2005, but it's possible. Dodge couldn't keep certain things the same for whatever reason.
