got my srt wheels. painting them now. i sanded them and primed them yesterday. using duplicolor gunmetal wheel paint. i just put my third coat of paint on waiting for them to dry then i will put two coats of clear on them. here are some pics

just thought i would share with everyone. let me know what you think. they will be going on a silver 2002 neon.

Wow very nice dont see many gunmetal just black or stock looking like matix said watch out for scraping them not just on curbs but going out of driveways also.

thanks guys, got two coats of clear on now. i will watch out not to scratch them. i love the gunmetal, thats my theme. i painted my wiper arms, cold air intake and strut tower bar all with the same rim paint. and inside i used it on the center of my dash, and i just got a shift know that came in gunmetal and blck so it goes good with the interior. just got carbon petals to so i think its pretty clean theme. cant wait to get some tires for them though. new pics in the am.

really nice and gunmetal goes well on silver . You did and awesome job . Im going to attempt to paint the lip on my wheels black. Im again lookin for some acr wheels and paint them either gunmetal or black chrome.

 

I used the same kind/brand paint for my rims to repair them. Nice work.
