so, i was cleaning up around here, and i found an old set of fog lamps i bought & never installed 10-12yrs (and 2 cars) ago, so i'm thinking of putting 'em on my neon, just 1 question, where is the best/easiest place to splice into the headlamp circuit, (or any other switched circuit that may be available) using the harness that came with the lights, and the only thing that splice would need to power is the switch, activate the relay.

now i just need to figure out how to mount a set of lamps with oblong/capsule shaped lenses in the non lamp opening bumper (just the slats down in the corners, no round openings for lamps...) without it looking like poo. (Mounting under is not really an option, as there are a few places around here where the bumper itself bottoms out transitioning from parking lot to road)

 

Probably near the headlight itself, or connect to the fuse.
