would it be possible to put a turbo setup on a 2.0 sohc auto trans,2002 neon? with this turbo kit

Yes, that's the car it's made for. Mileage is a huge consideration; if you have higher miles, it would be a good idea to rebuild the engine. As for the trans, I'm not sure if there's kits to beef it up but it probably wouldn't hurt to rebuild that as well. Stick with the auto as well, you tend to stay in boost better than with a manual.

Im at 95000 miles at the moment.soo not to high.im upgrading internals such as exhaust,intake,etc.

95,000 miles to add forced induction is high. If you are going to upgrade internals, finish the job completely and replace whatever else you should at the time.
