Seeing you have a Chrysler Neon...you are outside of the US?
If that is the case, you can do what everyone else would probably have to do (unless you get lucky and someone does happen to know): Google. It's probably a more local mfr. vs. what most of us in the US will find anyways. I've never seen those taillights before.
