Buy a manual is the easiest way. You are gonna need a good set of tools and some basic car knowledge though.

The best is the FSM- $100 (full sevice manual) from the dealer, but if you know a little about cars and take you time a haynes or chiltons- $20 will do the job. Any autoparts store should have the haynes and chiltons

It is the book that the dealer uses to fix your car, it is specific for each car.

A cam install really isn't that bad. It'll take a good part of the day to do. You have to take apart the passenger side of the engine. Timing belt, power steering, front engine mount, torque struts. While you are in there depending on the miles, replace the timing belt, tensioner, and water pump, Maybe add a cam gear, and UDP.

I never tried but i herd you can jack the right side of the motor and take the battery out and you can slide the cam out that way.
