The best is the FSM- $100 (full sevice manual) from the dealer, but if you know a little about cars and take you time a haynes or chiltons- $20 will do the job. Any autoparts store should have the haynes and chiltons

A cam install really isn't that bad. It'll take a good part of the day to do. You have to take apart the passenger side of the engine. Timing belt, power steering, front engine mount, torque struts. While you are in there depending on the miles, replace the timing belt, tensioner, and water pump, Maybe add a cam gear, and UDP.
the mechanic said it would take 6 hours...he looked it up on the computer and said it would take 6 hours, now that it says 6 hours there, they will purposely take 6 hours hahaha...dont u think thats alot of time for installing a camshaft???
