Oil in spark plug tubes

I am getting oil in the spark plug tubes and causing me to burn oil. I was wondering what causes that and how to remedy it

Most likely cause is the spark plug tube seals are shot. They come with a valve cover gasket set and you'll need to take the valve cover off to swap them out.
