Where's ground strap go? (left rear)
2000 4 door.
While looking under the car near the rear of the car I noticed a flat, metal ground strap. i can't seem to find out where it goes to?? What is it and where is it supposed to go? One of the ends is attached and the other end looks like it's simply been cut, can't seem to fine the other end and where it attaches?

Attachments take up space on the server and will make the site slower. I've used Imageshack for years. It's free and gets the job done.

I found where the strap goes. It attaches to a clamp on the rear end of the exhaust. Not wanting to risk breaking the rusted bolt and nut the ground strap originally was attached to, I tapped and screwed the new end of the ground strap right onto the exhaust pipe itself.
Still not sure what the ground is for? Anyone know? The other end of it looks to be attached to the strut assembly.

If it goes to the strut, it's just like the ones up front which are supposed to make something last longer. IDK, they really are useless. On a lot of Neons, like mine, the ground straps are broken on the front struts and nothing ill happens.
