02 dodge neon sxt idle issues

I had the same problem with my 2004 Dodge Neon SXT, I replaced the cam and crank sensor, and it did not fix it either, I also took it to a shop they had it for a day, I told them what it was doing what I did to it, they told me they could find nothing wrong with it but they told me the timing belt should be replaced and could be the cause sense it did have 95,000 miles on it, so I replaced it and it runs perfect and I haven’t had the issue come back and its been 4 months so far.
