So previous owner spliced into headlight wiring for some ebay HIDs. They overheated and I took them out and tried to splice normal wiring back up. The wires are **screwed** and rigged up to a pretty unsafe condition.

If I was to replace the harness, where could I find a replacement thats new? I have looked around but cant find any legit resources. Also if its just the actual harness going to the headlights does that hit the scope of "do it yourself" or am I looking at a huge headache. Thanks for any help!

 

How far back do the "screwed up" wires go?
