04 Dodge Neon Problem

I have a 04 Dodge Neon SXT lately while driving around town I felt a gear type rub from my left front tire or suspension. I occurs when I drive on a uneven road or while on a curve turning right. Anyone have any ideas of what it might be ?

Could be the wheel bearing
