max HP
No nitrous or other "Forced Induction" either?
I don't think anyone has broken the 200whp barrier with a SOHC 2.0L Dodge engine (Magnum or otherwise). There are a few that have been close tho... It just depends on how far you want to go. The SOHC design is limited in the size of the camshaft.
Trust me... "All Motor" is code for "I want to spend ALOT of money to go 'Kind Of' fast."

With Neons, I don't understand why u can't get an upgraded PCM and a turbo together and with a Honda u can[
]. I wouldn't get a turbo on a Neon b/c you'll have to stick to the stock PCM & will be limited at 120 mph.

All motor is not really the way to go with our cars, if you just wanna go fast. If you are looking to race in an all motor class or be able to say "I just beat your turbo honda with an all motor neon" $3500 gets you a chill factory turbo kit with intercooler. Thats a good start and will run on a stock motor with a good exhuast. That will give you about 230-250 hp depending on any other bolt ons you have. After that you have to get into the motor to up the boost more. You will also need axles at that point.
