Default Replaced PCV valve, oil sensor switch, oil still leaks, what should i check next

checked filter, checked oil drain plug, replaced PCV and oil sensor switch.

what else can i change to stop the leak, its a small leak, but enough to see it on the floor..

should i try a stop leak?

i replaced the PCV because around and under the valve there is a small oil sludge (i think it would be called) and its mainly on the right side of the engine, the left, back, and front are all completely dry.

Also, around the oil cap on the engine, there is oil around it, a small amount, what does that mean? it was never there before it looks shiny around the cap
