I have an 03' neon sxt and lately when its cold outside like in winter when i start the car it makes a loud grinding type noise but then stops after 5-10 seconds or if i turn steering wheel it quiets down. I already changed the power steering pump but it still makes the same loud noise at cold startup. anyone have this issue or any ideas?
