I have a 2003 dodge neon sxt. This morning I go to start car and steering wheel is locked and car wouldn't start. Finally got the vehicle to start but noticed I did not have power to the radio. After investigating I have no power to the radio, blinkers, door locks, windows and fan for heat/ac. Car runs dome light works headlights and taillights work. Brake lights also work. Any idea what this could be? Thanks, Dan

Blown fuse?

 

I'm not so sure it's a fuse. Mine does some crazy stuff like that every now and again, turn the car off and back on and it usually fixes it.

 

Just guessing, lol. Could be some sort of bad ground somewhere, dunno. A little more investigating needs to be done on the other end.

 

Everything else checks out. Problem is intermittent. I'm going with a fault in the ground. Time to go find it.
