I have a 2005 stx around 80k. I had the lower control arm bushings replaced and most of the front end noise is gone. I still hear a clunk when the lt front traveles over a bump. I can turn the steering wheel when stopped and
hear the lt front susp clunk. Does this sound like an outer tie rod or possible swaybar bushing issue?

You should check both of those.

 

Did you have the lower ball joint done?
