I have a 2001 Dodge Neon. I have a bodykit all the way around, exhaust, wing,and some interior mods. What should I do next? I have nothing but plugs and plug wires moding the engine.

 

Buy an intake or a throttle body or you could buy rims if you dont have them or theres strut bars use your imagination

 

Personally, I like my car to look good first. I would get some nice rims next. Then I would get an intake....

 

There are 2 ways to build a ride. You can start building it for show or for go. Seeing your mods so far you decided to go for Show first, so I would go ahead and get some rims next. Then maybe drop it an inch er 2. Then after you got it lookin all sweet n' sexy n' stuff go for the gusto and start buildin that engine. I personally started on more of the performance end, and Im pickin up some minor visual stuff along the way. I really have no clue where Im goin with my ride, but you have a great start so keep it up! keep us updated!

 

I would go with the rims first.
I wouldn't get the throttle body until you have all the basic mods first. The first engine mod you should do is get an intake.
