Im just wondering if this actually works for a 2nd gen Neon

Other than replacing the PCM, I believe the only way would be to disconnect the speed sensor. If thats what that thing does then it should work.

HKS and Greddy are good companies. I haven't heard anything about it but it sounds nice (especially with a turbo).

It looks like it would work but I am car illiterate and that is why I made that other thread, to make sure that I was getting the right stuff...

Give them a call and ask them about it, actually I am gonna do that now. I will post back with the results, I know a lot of people would be interested in that.


I Just called HP freaks, all it does it cut the spedo signal to the PCM. For $58, all you have to do is put a switch in line with the spedo sensor and it will do the same thing. The only downside is that your speedometer will not work.
