Basically, my car will not start. I thought it was the starter, again. After hours of inspection I found that the starter is fine. The starter relay fuse seems to be the problem. Checking with a voltage meter, I found that the very same fuse is receiving power when the ignition is turned, but it's not sending the power to the starter to turn over the engine.

Has anyone ever seen or heard of anything like this? Can it be fixed? How?

In the midst of trying to figure this problem out, I discovered that my fuel pump is shot. Never have I had two things go wrong at once, even more while I am driving. 60 MPH and my car just dies, speedometer needle flying back and forth.

Is there a chance that these two problems could be related?
