Post Old war vet fixes Neon for terminally ill wife.

Hi out there. I'm Tony Newcomb combat disabled Desert Storm Veteran. I have nearly run the wheels off of my 4x4 truck. All in keeping terminally ill wife alive on dialysis, medical runs and hospital stays. I need to keep the 4x4 running for bad weather times. So I was given a slightly beat up 2004 Dodge Neon. Fairly clean few minor issues. And being a retired military mechanic fairly simple to work on. (Just alot less room to work on under hood than a old Army 2 1/2 ton truck)The previous owner left it in a field over a year so it was very dirty. Drivers door was ran into damageing whole door and window shattered. so it rained and got very interior dirty from weather. I'm looking for help on items for it. I need a complete rear seat and spare tire. Seat so she can lay down on trips to and from hospitals. And spare and factory jack for those same runs. Any items that are extra in your toy box will help make it a comfort as best possible for her. As she is blind if color items are given it will not matter. Thank you all.

Indeed, on all three accounts.

Tony, where are you located (approximately)?
