Adjust Windshield Wipers

Does anyone know how to adjust windshield wiper arms? I had my windshield replaced by an awful company and when they put the wipers back on they put them to low. Now they're not wiping the entire windshield

You may need a wiper-arm puller to accomplish this.. which most people do not own.

you can use needle nose pliers to release the tab that holds them on just go easy an not pry hard on them
