Default 03 Neon sxt Codes P0016, P0300, P0315, P0339

P0016 Crank/Camshaft Mis-align/sync
P0300 Multiple Cylinder Misfire
P0315 Crank Pos Sys Variation Not Learned
P0339 Crank Pos Sens Circ Interm

I have a 2003 dodge neon sxt AT/AIR 2.0 C code engine. 122K+ Miles

1) Bought it used so no info from previous owner. Since miles were > 100K
decided better change timing belt. Got a gates kit with Tensioner, water pump, and belt.
Did the change no engine codes drove for 1.5 weeks now have P0300, P0315, P0339, P0016

2) Daughter went on small trip from 1K elevation (Phoenix) to 8K elevation.
She stopped the car and it would not start for about 1 hour.
But when it did start car ran ok but DTC light on. When she got home I check the fuel supply.
I check for pressure and flow out of the injector rail thru the test valve.
had some pressure but seemed to be lacking on flow. I pulled the supply line from the rail
and ran gas into a gas can from the supply line. Gas was not a good color kinda black but no floaties.
I remove fuel rail and supply line and clean and blew out. I ran gas from the hard supply
line into a gas can (3 seconds per on switch) until what looked to be clean gas was flowing.
about 1/2 gal. Put all back together and checked for leaks None found.
I put a pressure gauge on the test valve and started the car. gauge showed about 50PSI.
I stopped car and let sit to see if drain back was happing and pressure was steady.
Took car to O Riley to get code's checked. It called out a camshaft sensor and possible crankshaft sensor.

3) Did a replace of Camshaft and crankshaft sensors. Still got codes.

4) took engine down to timing belt. put compression test gauge on #1 turned by hand until compression rise.
Put dowel in plug hole and watched until rise and fall (TDC) check timing mark on crank and
it was on the mark. Checked timing mark on cam and it was on the mark. So engine did not jump time
and is physically / mechanical in time.

*******
So I figure
1) bad crank sensor (new one from O Riley)
2) bad wire / plug at crank sensor or in route to computer.
3) before belt change no code and car ran fine except for a little vibration at idle but the upper and lower motor mounts (the arm ones) are bad. But the one in the frame is good. Will change others later. Now
engine does mis once in a while and maybe feels like a surge but hard to tell with other issues.
It starts good and runs ok except for the Mis / surge but very intermittent
so not really issue right now. But can not get code to clear.

Thanks for any help suggestions
