Default Have a problem

This weekend I was driving my car to visit family when it down poured so hard that the drains on the road were clogged up, and flooded the streets. I couldn't see that the intersection in front of me was flooded, and went into it. At the same time a Explorer was next to me and sent a wave of water over my car. My engine died but was able to coast it out of the water. I have a feeling that I sucked water through my cold air into my engine. I pulled it out of the road and let it dry. later that day I came back to start it and it turned over, puffing out white smoke, and it sounded like a valve was knocking. Anyone have an idea if my engine is scrapped??? getting ready to move to a different state where I needed this car.... Completly stressed

Nate

Well, the garage said that I might have bent a rod and it is hitting the oil pan, he also noticed that there is antifreeze in the oil. The knocking didn't go away when I started it, then I noticed oil on the ground and oil slpitter marks on the engine. It looked like the oil leak was hitting the belts and spraying it all over....
