Post Upper Motor Mount issue (with pics). "How screwed am I?"

So I have an attached picture.

Simple question. If this happened to any of you, what steps would you take to rectify this situation EXCLUDING the obvious purchase of a new passenger-side upper motor mount? I'm going to purchase one, of course, but I want to know the logical steps to take and what other possible problems I should look out for.

This is a 2005 Dodge Neon SXT.

Thank you.

You nailed it, IMO. It's a torn mount. Replace it and hope your center mount didn't tear.

Yeah, pretty simple fix. Unbolt remains of old mount. Give it a quick once over to make sure the engine didn't slam into anything or nothing tore like Darth said. Install new mount.

I'm sure you'll be fine.
