help i changed my clutch in my 2000 dodge neon and now i have a code coming on i looked closer and noticed an outlet on the throttle body that isnt connected any were , now my car is begining to stumble bad and i would appreciate any info you can offer thanks))) i circled the outlet on the picture

 

Pretty sure that attaches to one of the hoses coming off the brake booster but not 100%. I can look in the morning if you don't get the answer.

 

I have that hole too. It was connected to the brake booster, but it messed with brake performance or something and was recalled. The throttle bodies were never replaced, and were redesigned in the following year. Don't call me on that.

But I just put some tape over the hole. I didn't ever have a DTC.
