Default Leak under RHS front wheel

I noticed fluid leaking under the right hand side (passenger) front wheel. It is clear and had no odor that I could detect. I placed a cardboard sheet under there and in the morning it was dry. It only leaks for a while after driving.

Tonight I went down to the car (everything was cold) and saw a hose that was hanging. I tried to identify from the FSM but am a real noob (this is my first car).

I took some pictures and was hoping someone here could help me identify it. It is coming out of the back of the front of the car

Should it be connected to the piece I have circled in this picture?

If it is, I noticed that there is a hose/cable that runs from the above circled piece to here.

Thanks,

Looks like the first one is the A/C drain tube which of course drips water when your run the a/c, but its hard to see. 3rd is your fuel line.

Thanks for the quick reply I_Ride_Neon. I tried searching the forums for a post already on this but I didn't have the right keywords. "neon ac drain tube" brought up this post https://dodgeforum.com/forum/dodge-n...-firewall.html (now I know that "the back of the front of the car" is called a firewall) and the draining is actually a good thing.

Cheers
