i resently got a 2000 neon that was in a fender bender (ran into the back of a semi trailer)it broke the radiator, condensor, radiator fan and intake manifold i got a new intake manifold and i put it on it would start then die after 5 seconds i came back the next day and it wouldnt start at all i have been checking wires and relays and fuse and switches all are fine dont know what to do

Well a couple of possibilities, You may have a damaged PCM (the little computer in the engine bay behind the bumper right beside your intake box.

Or if you car has Sentry Key (kinda like a vehicle immobilizer from dodge) you may have a dead key. If you call a dealer with your VIN he can tell you if you are suppose to have sentry or not.

p.s. Maybe you got some parts of your old intake inside of the block holding a valve open

is the MIL (check engine) light on?
