2002 neon only firing on 2 cylinders (1 & 4 not firing) Don't get any spark from coil. 2 & 4 cylinders firing good. Put new coil on it - no change. Any help?

 

Before changing the Ignition Coil I would of bought a new set of Spark Plug Cables. Try new cables.

Also to check to see if the cables are good you can pull them out and place a piece of metal at the end and see if there's a spark. If there is then you know the cable is good and it could be the spark plug.

 

I am not getting any spark from the coil on these 2 cylinders.

 

I would check the connecters or see if you have a short. Sounds like your coil isn't getting enough juice to spark all the plugs
