Default 03 dodge neon air baffle: how to install

sold

I have an 03 dodge neon, and I went to disconnect the air baffle in the back of the engine, and pulled on it. A wire on the other end, wondering if it just dangles down in the engine and the other end connects to a hose. The air baffle looks like an gas filter, at least that's what I thought it was. Can anyone help!

That's the vacuum reservoir for your fresh air/recirculation door on your HVAC control head. It connects to your control head.

Yes one end connects to the hose, does the other end just dangle or does it connect to anything.

1 end goes to your brake booster the other end goes to your HVAC control head.

The mechanic does not seem to know where it connects to, or he doesn't know anything about HVAC Control Head. So can you tell me where this is.

It's the **** you use to choose between fresh air and recirculated air for your climate control, I'm not sure how else to explain it.

Default HVAC climate control

Where in the engine is it, in one of my pics, it show that it is connected already, but the other end we don't know where it goes in the engine. So, please can you maybe send a diagram of where or something. Thanks!

It goes through the firewall and dashboard yes. Google HVAC control head if you're still confused.
