Angry 03 Neon Won't Start

Please HELP!!

I have a 2003 Dodge Neon SE
Manual Trans, no modifications, 165k miles

Here is the back story.
Bought the car Nov. 2011 from my mother-in-law. When I purchased the car it had a broken timing belt and a bent valve.
This is what work i had done to it. (All done myself)
New Cylinder Head (basically EVERYTHING on the top half of the engine)
New Battery (currently dead from trying to start the car so much)
New Timing Belt
New CAM Sensor
New Crank Sensor
All New Seals and Gaskets
New Spark Wires
New Ignition Coil
Fresh Oil Change
New Air Filter
2 New headlights

Here is the problem
First I replaced the problem area, the cylinder head and timing belt, and the car started ran for about 15 min. then i turned it off, started it again and drove it for 1 mile then it died. would not start there was no spark. checked the engine codes and there was one for the CAM sensor. replaced that, still not starting. then replaced the ignition coil and wires, still no luck. did some research online and found that it could be the crank sensor. replaced that still didnt start. and that is where i am currently.

Other things i have checked
Checked gas pressure (ok)
put fresh gas in the tank (ok)
currently no engine codes from my reader

Please if you have any suggestions let me know i have been working on this almost a year and just want to get it running

Thank you for any help

Are you sure your timing is correct from when you replaced the belt?

It was correct, not to say it didnt jump. I also just checked all the grounds last night, its still not pulling any codes.
the reason i have not checked the timing is because i was always told that the car would make a different sound. right now its a constant "cheh cheh cheh..." or how ever you would express it. where everything is turning just no sparks are flying.

Hmmm. Reason I asked about the timing is because I had similar symptoms when I installed a new cam several years ago. Turned out the timing was off slightly, and I ended up taking the whole thing apart and starting from scratch. Another thing is if your timing is off, then that means the cam and crank sensors wont be "in sync", and the computer wont allow spark (so it wont start or stay started, to prevent engine damage).

I will check the timing this weekend.
the original problem was the timing belt broke and one of the valves bent. if the timing jumped, is it possible it happened again?

If the belt just jumped, or for whatever reason, the marks weren't lined up, you shouldn't have any valve damage (or I should say its VERY unlikely).
