Default 2000 Dodge Neon Unknown Vacuum Port

I have had an CEL for quite awhile. The code is for a vacuum leak. A quick check and I found this unknown port with a cap or hose and no disconnected hoses so I need some help. This port is on the throttle body plate just on the outside of the airbox. This pic i with the airbox lifted open port shown on the right near the airbox....

Sounds like the gas cap. Also I don't really see the port you're talking about, can you take another picture?

There should be a hose there that runs to the back of the cylinder head.
EDIT: Nevermind. That line comes from the airbox. I'll have to check where that line goes.
EDIT 2: That line goes from the throttle body to the purge solenoid. That's probably the reason you are getting all of those EVAP leak codes. Disregard the P1684. It's a meaningless code.

Wasn't there a TSB about that? It was a failed design and they just re-routed the hose and didn't replace the throttle body?

Never heard of that it. I'll check later. Where did they supposedly re-route it?

I checked on an '04 model and it doesnt have the port at all. There is a circle mark where my port is but its soild and no port.

So are there two lines to the purge valve? I already have one which runs to the throttle body. Its a ridgid line the runs around the airbox then over to the fenderwell and the down to the purge valve which is located under the battery.....
