Default P 0513 and P 0340

Ok. So I just got two keys and a fob programmed to my '05 Sxt. I was pulling out of a restaurant and it stumbled a little bit and then threw a light. I pulled into a parking lot and checked the two codes and got those two. "wrong immobilizer key", and "camshaft position circuit". It runs just fine, and the skim light doesn't come on...I'm not getting limited revs, hard acceleration/idle, nothin. It's running just fine. Should I replace it anyway?

Not sure about the P0513 because if it's the wrong SKIM key, it shouldn't even start. As for the CMP code, I'd just go over everything and see if anything is wrong. I replaced mine after I got that code just because I didn't want to get stranded somewhere when it decided to completely go out.

Ah. Ok then. Strangely enough, the CEL went away a few hours later. I'll go ahead and buy one just in case. It will be in the shop on Wednesday. Would I be able to drive it for the next day?

I drove mine around for a few months. Nothing was wrong with it. I just decided since it was getting to be summer at the time, I didn't want to be stuck somewhere with my little ones in the back seat and no A/C. It can get pretty hot out here in California in the summer It was a pretty quick swap though, since I was already changing the radiator that blew out at the same time, lol.
