Lightbulb RF inner tire wear

So over the last year I have put in new prothane black control arm bushings, sway bar bushings, ball joints, tie rods, cv joints, and struts up front. now on my 2nd set of new tires 185-70-14, ( the taller tire made it ride so much better on long road trips to an from work) same size as before I replaced all the items up front. I've had to keep going back to NTB for realignments as the RF tire has massive inner wear, never had this issue with the old set of tires. I think maybe I might have something wrong but I don't see what it could be? RR tracks there is a clunk up front but not when I go over speed bumps or washboard roads. Thankfully I got a tire warranty this time as I have less then 20k miles on all this r&r. It rides & drives straight, doesn't pull left or right under braking either, rack & pinion steering still feels nice an tight with 0 play. Never wrecked, owned since new.

I'm kinda stumped here as ntb said they found nothing wrong both times I had it realigned.

Anyone run into this similar issue?

Do you get the alignment printout from them after they align it? Tire shops are notorious for doing toe and go and not adjusting camber.

Camber isn't adjustable unless you buy a camber kit. If the camber spec is out, it might be worth buying a kit.

ahh didn't know that, thanks for the info dt.

even though I read about it here in the forums for years lol Guess I was being cheap usually doing all the r&r work myself an letting NTB do the align & balance... assumning they adjusted it, I've got my paperwork I'll take a peek at it.

Is there a camber kit you recommend or they all the same? ACdelco has the most unique looking one of all that I found lol

Yeah it's jut a bolt with an eccentric cam on it. I think they aren't more than 20 dollars usually.

If it's not out of spec, why would you need them? However, if I were worried about it, I'd have changed 'em too before I had the car re-aligned.

ntb said in the side notes the outer tie rods with less then 10k miles are already going bad, I'm putting on a "premium" set tie rod ends tonight, can the inner tie rods be worn do this? Those I know have never been replaced yet.

Funny ntb said this inner tire wear has cxld the tire warranty lol

And due for another pass. side motor mount too I see a crack forming =)
